These services are generally not covered by traditional insurance. Many clients use their HSA or FSA to offset costs, as our services may qualify as medical expenses under those plans. We are a prevention-focused, non-insurance clinic offering white-glove service and high-touch support.

Most clients repeat the full program every 12--24 months to monitor change, track progress, and refine their strategy. With significant findings or active issues, your clinician may recommend more frequent follow-ups or treatments.

Your results are interpreted by a dedicated team of specialists. QT Imaging scans are read by a licensed radiologist who is specifically trained in QT Imaging interpretation -- ensuring the highest standard of diagnostic accuracy. All other results are reviewed by Dr. Cara Fuhrman, ND, and when appropriate, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, MD. Together, the team combines decades of experience in nutritional medicine with advanced diagnostics to deliver clear, science-based recommendations tailored to your profile.

We recommend arriving well-hydrated and having fasted for at least 4--6 hours before your appointment if bloodwork is included in your visit. Bring any previous lab results, imaging reports, or medical records you have -- the more context your physician has, the more personalized your plan will be.

Wear comfortable clothing. Our team will guide you through each step of the process and answer any questions on arrival.

QT Imaging uses sound -- no radiation -- to produce true 3D, high-resolution volumetric images without compression or contrast. It is comfortable, repeatable, and well-suited for dense or augmented breast tissue. The system is automated and operator-independent to support consistency over time.

QT Imaging supports longitudinal monitoring and is cost-effective and efficient. Your clinician will advise when QT Imaging is appropriate and how it fits with other modalities such as mammography, MRI, or ultrasound.
